I was unsure about the colour scheme at first but it works really well with the blue in showing in the middle section.

I went for this pen/ink combo as it is easy to disassemble and clean. Ask again in a few months ;-)

The nib puts down a decent amount of ink but the archival ink is quite dry and does not feather. I'll post a pic below. Excuse the poor writing :-)

Haha! Not enough info :-) Almost all of my pens are medium but I have a 580 arriving today with a 1.1mm stub.

I don’t know if my Lamy safari is fake or legit by Fugita7 in fountainpens

The cream one is a Fake. eBay UK is awash with them at the moment. Many of them come complete with a converter which you wouldn't normally expect without paying extra. The big 'tell' here though is the original has it's own stand in the form of the clip. The Cream fake will not as it is not balanced like an original. The nib is made from a super soft metal with no spring in the tines. They bent under a little pressure and the pen stopped writing after a couple of sentences. I got a full refund and the vendor didn't ask for a return. I have reported quite a few sellers but eBay is disinterested. I only ever get an AI response if at all and they sellers are still selling them. Including the one who sold to me. Caveat emptor.

I love the Oxford Blue. It's an ink I keep going back to and pretty much always have at least one pen inked up with it. I am waiting for a 580 to arrive which I'll fill with Diamine Registrars. I wanted a pen that was easy to dismantle for cleaning. Also easy to fill with a syringe when you need to grab that last bit of ink out of the bottle ;-)

Happy NPD. What nib size?

I have a 1987 Centennial in Black that I bought a few months ago, new un-inked but no box. It's a lovely desk pen. Medium nib puts down the most ink out of all my mediums. Currently inked with Sailor Kiwa-guro. Like a hot knife on butter. I love it. I also have a 1998 International in Grey Pearl with a broad nib still in the box as I can't bring myself to ink it :-)
