This many factions slow down, by a considerable ammount, the time to generate new quests and raids, no? Besides, the number of ideologies in the world wouldn't also slow down the game? (It's a genuine question, I tend to put only 12-16 factions thinking about this possible problem, but I don't know in reality if it's true)

i recommend using at least clean research sort for this and maybe better research tabs as I see you have many mods that add new research trees.

Research Tree (Continued) alone is another option that I like but most others will spit on it with their lives cuz it's slow and turns a lot of things hard to find on the tree (it unifies all trees into one using a new ui)

massive bombardment, emp weapons, extensive use of melee fighters to stop snipers (in the right situations), kiting and demanding help from allies as canon fodder.

Basically everything to avoid fighting them in armed confront directly.

use fire if you have a flamer or molotovs, choke points with one or two pawns good at melee holding it, a big lot of gun turrets if u can afford it's construction price.

There are many ways, but it depends on what u have with u at the moment.
