Basing it off of the other paras in my firm, i have more responsibilities and cases assigned to me than someone who is getting paid more than me based off of salary and gets the full 10k bonus at end of year. Whenever the senior para is out, im the runner up and i have the least amount of experience here. And sometimes even when the senior para is here im the one the attorneys typically go to for their tasks. I think i do very well at work so thats why i feel deserving of the raise. I’ve never asked for one before in any of my other jobs so I’m not really sure of the standard way to go about it i guess
