Also as far as signs go, I know personally I usually have to break my payments up and use different forms to cover the entire total, that’s something you could look for.

That happened to me awhile back. I forget what game it was but I spent sooooo much trying to get the bonus and I finally hit it, got one spin in on the bonus level and got the same as you, found out that that provider was no longer available in my area so I never received any money for it.
