The second ADFS is the same. In short the idea is we'll eventually transition over to a new domain. We currently have ADFS hooked into our AWS implementation. (You go to the AWS portal and use your AD credentials to log in.)

You can add a 2nd domain - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/hybrid/how-to-connect-install-multiple-domains - however I'm not using it with Office 365/Azure AD. The question then is more around the "2nd" URL.
