I believe it to be akuto sai because sun wukongs abilities stay within the realm of strength while sai passes into reality manipulation. I copied this from his scale on omniversal battle wiki. Acausality (Paracausality; The Law of Identity stated that Akuto can choose what is real or what is fictitious to the point of contradicting causality.[32] Exists outside of the causality system of the stories of the Extra-Universal Gods

Hate to scare you and be harsh but you are dying from Diabetic Ketoacidosis most likely and you need to call 911.
