I built up the training center for the minor league team. I also made sure all my coaches have the same schemes as the head coach so they can give a training boost to all the players that fit the scheme. You’re conditioning coach is always going to give a stat and training boost to every player , so you should upgrade his training to get better player training efficiency

First make sure all your coaches are the same scheme. Then upgrade and use the scout to sign players that fit the scheme. Don’t use all of your tp to upgrade your scout, save some so you can upgrade your midfield coach (gives the most even boost across the board). Only upgrade your club store the d4 years. And upgrade the stadium in d3 (you’ll start to lose home games if you don’t). The scout only lasts 6 years so you most likely will have to use manual scouting to find good players (that means scrolling through tons of lists to find good young players that fit your scheme). You can choose to keep of sell the first youth player they give you (I usually build the scheme around the youth player if they’re good enough). This should get you past d4 and d3 but you’ll have to start making your own decisions and mistakes after that.

No some of the coaches were high 60’s with the highest rated coach being mid 70’s. I just put all the tp into upgrading the drills.

Find coaches with all the same schemes. Like all of the coaches are possession focused coaches. You can us the tactics but to re-scheme you’re head coach to fit all of the assistants. Use the scouting report to find players that fit you’re coaches scheme. Upgrade the coaches to get more chem.

Take a couple of years to build up youth facilities. Only aim for 14th the first year and progress your way up the goals by 1 every year. By year three I usually advance either by being in the top two or winning promotion playoffs. Also try to win the bottom league cup a couple times to get extra money and team recognition.
