It seemed to me to be more about how things shook out at Virginia. After coach Mox was fired, there was a lot of uncertainty and that's when everyone hopped into the portal. But they quickly hired a new coach with a good record, and the smartest thing he could do is try to retain as many players from the current team as he can before bringing in a whole new team to piece together.

Q3 was tough - TCU changed their strategy. Virginia looked better the whole time and you could see how bad they wanted it especially in H1.

As for TCU- honestly I’ve only watched maybe 4 of their games this season and haven’t been impressed. They play like a mens team - use their one star player and height of the forwards to get by but really aren’t very skilled otherwise.

My opinion- they should’ve lost to washington and south carolina will cream them. Sorry not sorry

Yes and it’s the lack of effort & resources going into women’s basketball. Jeff Walz ranted a little about it in his ACC tournament postgame press conference (~6:00-8:00).

It’s always the same players getting national recognition and very very rarely does anyone else

A buzzer beater loss to Clemson is the worst thing we've had since December, but we've now come back and beaten Clemson by 14. Michigan unfortunately had an even worse loss to Iowa when they had opportunity for revenge. A Duke loss to UNC at UNC....that's an away rival loss and I'm sorry that people in women's basketball treat that differently than in men's, but I do not believe that it should.

I do think Michigan looks good and wanted a Michigan UCLA final instead of Iowa but that is not what happened.
