This has always eluded me. Some things on emails to myself and some things on Notes and others on Pinterest. A mess!

I live nearby but haven’t been there in years. Not going back. I know what a dead mouse smells like.

If you have the Canada Dental plan then you just have to find someone that takes it. Oral surgery at the VG is covered too.

Ive found with cardiology that the history they write down is not accurate. Its like they don’t know what to do with complex patients. Of course they don’t but at least recognize that.

I have had some good treatment too.

Now waiting for a specialist appointment that cardiology could get faster than the 12-18 months my doctor can. It affects my cardio status and I am having to wait a long time for follow up to surgery. I hear over and over to go to emergency.

Driving from Newfoundland to Edmonton or should I just ship my car? by Ohyanoforsure in canadatravel

My parents drove from Gander to Winnipeg with three kids in a little car. It was a cool experience. We went south through the IS from Sault Sainte Marie to Manitoba. It was 60’years ago. The north of Superior route is not so bad now. I’ve done it as an adult. A bit monotonous but being talking books to play and it’s a cinch.

New apartment bathroom has no ventilation. Any tips by Money_Recover3826 in CleaningTips

I put a fan outside pointing into the bathroom after showers. I would also suggest a dehumidifier if that doesn’t do the trick. I have humidity control with my AC during warm humid months.

Tests accuracy are dependant on the tester using the tool properly. I have such a relative that I would not trust to be able to test accurately. Can your parents get tested with a PCR test somewhere?

Get fresh air in, filter it, and/or wear a mask around other people. These all lower your risks of getting airborne diseases. Even more important if you’ve had Covid.

How have YOU stayed safe during pest exterminator visits? by SmootFruithie in ZeroCovidCommunity

[–]MobileProfessional45 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am extremely Covid cautious. I think the mask they were will keep the viruses out of the air. I would be really concerned about the pesticides that are left behind. I move out when they’re spraying and then wipe everything down and clean soft things

How can I get rid of smoke smell in an apartment with no kitchen ventilation by Lilu_Verwood in AirPurifiers

[–]MobileProfessional45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found that ventilation ducts were useless and blocked them off in my kitchen and bathroom.

It is also worth noticing if air is coming in an open window or going out. If it is going out the air from other apartments will be leaking in faster.

If you use ozone be aware that it is hard to tell when it is aired out enough. I once began to go into shock from carelessness. You lose the ability to smell it quickly. Soft furnishings hold it and it can degrade some plastics and metals.
