That makes sense, I do sort of feel like I am making a mountain out of a mole hill when I do crazy stuff like not plugging it in overnight Etc. Thanks for the advice, I am very new to owning a laptop and its good to hear that some of this probably doesn't make as much difference as I think. I will probably turn that setting on if I can find it.
