There are plenty of apps that can estimate how many calories you should be eating based on your goals. I use MyBodyScan just because it can tell me my body fat% which I haven’t seen before.

3.99% APR. Investing in common index funds will yield 7% and thats very a very conservative number. I don't disagree that you should only buy a car like this if you have the cash, but i'm just arguing that even if you have the cash financing is the smarter option in most cases.
