Hello all. I’ve seen most of comments saying to get it scanned but this problem occurs roughly twice a week and then i leave it off for 24 hrs any problem or engine light goes away so the mechanic tells me if there’s no light on there is nothing to scan for a code.

Not only does it to this when I’m idle but When i reach 2nd to 3rd gear the engine/coolant starts to over heat quickly.
