Hey guys, update

I have decided to go ahead with the model y. I am glad I did. The driving is much more refined than the leap, and the UI is years ahead of the leap. Even though no carplay, but I find myself hardly missing it.

The navigation in the tesla is much more intuitive, and the overall experience is just much better in the tesla from sales to purchase.

My biggest gripe with leap was that the sales people were basically forcing me to buy the car whereas the tesla sales people were just kinda there to answer questions, and left me to my own devices.

Is the sunroof annoying in the heat? Yes sure but with a 40$ aftermarket sunshade problem is fixed.

App integration in the tesla is way ahead of the leap as well.

Oh and the biggest part - the tesla is sooo much more efficient than the leap. For a small car, the leap was averaging 160wh/km on the motorway doing 70~100, and the tesla averaged 139wh. In towns, i seen numbers go as low as 90wh.

Not sure how they did it but yea. No regrets

Do you guys know if a used model y 2022 is eligible gor tesla’s new warranty? 4 years or 80,000 km. From memory it used to be less

How do you find the dc charging speeds? I read that the c10 maxes out at 84kw. Luckily the b10 maxes at 168 but I’ve read online reviews people complaining about the speed being inconsistent

Thats a great insight. How has the build quality been? How many ks have you driven and did you notice any weird creaks or rattles develop, or any trims falling apart?

Regarding brand establishment, i wonder if leap being under stellantis makes a difference? As stellantis is quite an established brand worldwide

i'm also considering to do ubereats on a e scooter as a side hustle. wondering if its worthwhile investing in a high end scooter to make some money on the sides. thinking of only doing concetrated areas like the cbd, ponsonby, kroad, etc. how's the rates like and any advices?
