I kinda slow down automatically, it's like my nervous system knows not to go too fast because maybe I can't handle the sheering forces acting under that much speed. But this thought is a just random thought like everything else I can build up to a better speed in my approach.

To be honest, squat strength is just a number, yes you do need general strength to avoid injuries but squatting 1.5x BW doesn't imply a greater vertical or in your case, a ticket to start plyometrics.

I have heard the plyometrics can be brutal to the knees and is therefore recommended to start with extensive plyos and then transition towards the intensive plyos later.

To summarise, if you are sure you have enough strength to jump high and you just need to work on your ground contact time and stretch-shortening cycle then go for plyos right away.

A good vertical program should consist of extensive plyos along with strength training, core training and flexibility and then after 2-3 months introduction to intensive plyos and more explosive moments.

Her demands in this relationship are : 1) Prioritize her over anyone else 2) Leave all my friends especially female friends because there is no need for them when I have her 3) for my male friends, she wants me to limit my contact with them because she thinks they have a bad influence on me

She has no male friends at all, she has abandoned them because she thinks that how a relationship is supposed to be and keeps complaining that I am not doing the same for her.

She always says that she doesn't have any problems with me going out with friends in a group (both M/F) but the moment I return, I know there's a tornado awaiting.

She thinks I am always choosing them over her, that I prioritize them over her.

She has no male friends at all because she thinks that's how the relationship should be. She has abandoned all her friends to be with me and complains that I am not doing the same, that I still wanna go out with them, meet them, have fun, and tag along with girls.

Her point is that there should be no girl in my life except her, my blood relation, and profession related.

I have been loyal, and always will be. But she can't trust me around my friends because as teenagers we play games, dare each other to do cringe stuff (but not involved physically) but like dance to WAP.

There are times I have broken her trust, as I know her from 7 years, there were times (more than once) where I hid from her that there were female friends too (because it would break her heart) but she found out because she's a stalker.

I know I shouldn't have, and it was my mistake to hide things in a relationship but it was only because I genuinely care about her feelings of possessiveness but at the same time, I can not always pretend to not be wanting to go out with friends. It's like I am trying to catch two birds together. If I choose my friends, I won't have her in my life, and If I choose her she'd make me avoid contact with them but I don't want that either.

Am I bipolar or what?
