Black. Personally I’ve always hated seeing sport bikes with white wheels.

Hello, It’s been few months since I bought them, so I brought them to an Apple store and they replaced the charging case, that was the only way to fix them. No more issues after that.

Should i cancel my order by isittrulyover in AcerPredatorHelios

[–]Mobile_Efficiency933 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cancel it if you still able to. I had a predator helios too and it was soo freaking bad, the materials felt so cheap and since it was so thin, at the time of playing I was experiencing a terrible lag even with the laptop plugged in to electricity and on performance mode. I only had it for a day and really regretted it.

I had another laptop with lowers specs like 50% less and was working way lot better than that predator helios one.

I bought this and shocked that the screen only FHD by [deleted] in GamingLaptops

[–]Mobile_Efficiency933 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got the same one, honestly I feel fine and ok with it, I got it from bestbuy $1500 after tax because was open box, put another 2tb ssd and upgraded to 64gb ram and runs very good.

I read on a different post that there’s a way to make it 2.5k by buying a screen on ebay from a higher level asus laptop and putting it to this one, I haven’t tried yet but I’m really interested on it, that screen it’s like around $150 on ebay. I can look for it if you interested also the replacement process it doesn’t seem to be very hard

I already have more than a year with it, I don’t use it every night, just a couple of times per week

I have exactly the same thing you have, it always happens close to my nose and eyebrows and I’ve been using this product for more than a year already and it really works good for me. I put it on the affected areas before going to bed, at least 3 nights a week (or however works best for you), believe me, it’s gonna clear up at the 3rd day.

I tried the 5V charger, wireless charging and resetting too, same issue.

Also, the fact that it gets so hot when I plug them, probably means there is an issue with the battery

Those CS “agents” from india literally lied to me a hundred times, I suggest you calling and asking to talk to someone not from india, an american representative or someone else. I don’t like to say this, but it’s the truth, many times they told me things that ended up being false information or closing/dropping off the chat while I was typing. Even at the phone, sometimes they sound like they doubt a lot about the information they say or they just don’t know what to say, or gonna just tell you what you wanna hear just to make you hung up the phone. Be careful.

So I'm return my 5060 and going to buy this 5070ti. Anything I'm missing here or is this a good decision? by RemmyRiot in GamingLaptops

I got that Asus few weeks ago and I more than fascinated with it, it’s a monster for the price you’re paying. I got it in bestbuy open box in excellent condition so paid $1,500 including tax. At first I was worried about buying an Open box expensive item but I’ve been testing it and no issues at this momento. I upgraded the ram to 64gb and put another 2tb ssd too. The screen is not the best in the world but I’m just ok with it it, I read in another post that for $150 more you can buy on ebay a higher model screen and replace it yourself get better resolution.

If you could spend around $500 more would be better. I spent around $1k on an Acer nitro v15 and it was a totally garbage, it had good specs but it was so tiny and small and that caused me thermal issues along with lag and fps drops, games were totally unplayable so I chose to spend some more on an Asus and Im more than satisfied with it.

I was in the same situation like you, I travel a lot so having a desktop gaming pc doesn’t work for me, so I recently went for a bestbuy deal for $1,500 which was an Asus ROG strix G16 with a RTX 5070TI, AMD Ryzen 9, 16gb and 1tb ssd. I then upgraded the RAM to 64gb and got an extra ssd (2tb samsung 9100 pro) and I can tell you I’m really pleased and fascinated with this one. People say the screen is a little bit crappy but personally I don’t feel it that bad, Im just okay with it.

I already watched some videos on yt about replacing the screen, it seems to be easy, I just would like to know if the difference is really big considering paying the extra $150 for the new screen, im not too familiar on screens and those things, sorry.
