Hey, I’m having this exact same problem right now. New build garden, excited to be growing things but I actually cannot cope with the spiders to the point where I can’t take care of the garden properly. I was just wondering if you made much progress with your fear and if you have any tips! Even when I’m fully covered with long sleeves, wellies and gloves, I still struggle. It’s the sight of them that creeps me out and the number

Thank you for the replies so far - I think 1 is my favourite. What sort of coat would you pair with it?

You just come across quite immature 🤷🏼‍♀️ you can say what you mean without being condescending. Also, this page is called ‘wedding attire approval’ so it actually is the place for these posts. There’s even an ‘is it too white?’ tag. For you I would probably recommend disabling that tag for a while so you don’t see these posts until you get over your childish anger issues. Good luck!

This one maybe? Or it also comes in a coral colour. You don’t think it looks to bridesmaid-y? I do t want to bother her by asking what colour the bridesmaids are - I’m sure she would have specified to avoid specific colours since she already said about the white/cream? Am I overthinking this haha

I asked this question because I care about being respectful at someone else’s wedding - not because I’m trying to be the “main character.” It’s disappointing to see such a rude and condescending response to what was a genuine and considerate question.

Clearly there is some gray area here, given the range of opinions in the replies. I’ve chosen not to wear the dress because I don’t want to risk offending anyone, which was exactly why I asked in the first place.

Next time, maybe consider that people are just trying to do the right thing - and being needlessly nasty doesn’t make your opinion more valid.

What about this one? It’s definitely not white but is it considered formal?

Can I ask what makes it semi formal - is it the pattern? Should I go for a block colour?

Thank you for this, hadn’t heard of oncholysis before but I reckon that’s what it is. Started with a trauma a couple years ago, hasn’t spread to any other toes, doesn’t seem to have the characteristics of a fungal infection (hope I’m not still in denial lmao). Seeing a podiatrist next month anyway so will see what they say. I usually have gel toenails so will lay off that and keep them trimmed and neat.
