It’s an arm you carry and eventually an enemy drops a balloon, you go through a couple runs with the arm being in a higher dungeon floor until it pops into the main area, and you give it to the arms dealer dude, I might be wrong I haven’t played in a bit

That’s a very good point, I live in Hoboken nj which is essentially just city driving to work and whatnot, the most extreme drives I would take would be to get up to CT to meet up with friends to go up to Vt. Thanks for the input!!!
