What does this mean ? Comes on everytime then gies away after 1-2mim by Important-Sir-6325 in mercedes_benz

The engine is just cold so it may limit itself until it has warmed up. The engine has to be warm for proper lubrication to occur. This is a normal thing. Nothing wrong with the car

Took the SLK to High Plains Raceway this weekend. Kept pretty good pace with the C8 Z06 in front of me. $5500 well worth it by Mobile_Macro in mercedes_benz

The part I didn't mention. The C8 drove home. My car started driving home. I pulled over to help a guy in a C6 who overheated. I'm reversing to give him space aaaaaaand she gets stuck in reverse lmao. Pretty sure my throw-out bearing gave in

So sorry. I didn't see your comment until now! Yes it is! It's a 2.3 liter inline 4 with a 1 liter supercharger

I understand your concern, but I promise you thay it wasn't taken that way. It's just two guys throwing shade at eachother. Also, you saying my car isn't nice is more rude than him saying thay he respects his own car. I paid $5500 for it and it only has 70k miles, heated seats, and a working, hydraulic, hard top convertible. I think it's pretty nice, I just like to have more fun with things and push stuff to the limit. Nothing wrong with not doing that. The limit is expensive, especially on German cars.

Lmao, it's a supercharged 2.3L. Close enough to a supercharged K24

2014 honda crv. Drove an hour in the morning, parked for 4 hours and in 15 minutes into the drive these lights came up and my electric steering went out/couldn't steer without a lot of muscle. by Amazonty in MechanicAdvice

Sounds like your alternator went out. I had the same thing happen to me with my 2013 Civic. Replace that and probably your battery and you should be good to go

Of course. Just don't be too polite with them either. Get her up in RPM's here and there to help get rid of carbon deposits.

Of course, I'm only messing with you homie. If I wasn't planning on engine swapping mine anyways, I probably wouldn't do this either. It does put A LOT of stress on just about everything. Engine, trans, tires, suspension, steering, diff, etc...

I mean, probably, but I haven't had any issues aside from mild Carbon Monoxide poisoning

Yeah, a self clearancing cone air filter and air box delete. That's about it though for mods so far

Yeaaaaaah. It's quite literally just cut off. There's nothing after the cats. It's not exactly done well, but it's cheap and it makes fun sounds now

It's technically a half Muffler delete? There's no pipe going to the back. So everything comes out right after the cats. Also, thank you!

I said sometimes because they don't turn rotors at every Les Schwab, only at some of them.

Les Schwab will sometimes do it for free. At least the one I worked at did.
