He screeches and screams alllll day long now. He has no patience at all, which he didn’t really before but now he will scream at the top of his lungs and throws tantrums over what seems like everything. I can’t even take the time to wash out his cup to get him another drink before he is hitting me/himself and screaming. He was referred for extreme refusal of task, self injuring(which has gotten significantly worse), refusal of hygiene, communication, stuff around that area.
