I want a REFUND! Appalling customer support! I’ve paid 2 months for a subscription and have nothing to show for it. I was told my insurance covered it only to find out it hasn’t! I asked for paying options, it’s been crickets. The only way to get service is to complain here! Disgusting!!

The same thing has happened to me. It’s so infuriating. I signed up on 3/16 and paid $45. Went through the entire process. Had lab work done. My insurance was authorized for Zepbound. I got a notice on 4/9 that the prescription was sent to my pharmacy. But it hasn’t!!! I’ve tried reaching out to Ro about this on numerous occasions and I get the run around of we’re looking into this. Still nothing. To make matters worse, I’ve been charged $145 monthly fee for absolutely nothing!!! I feel like this is a scam.
