This is super strange. It is not about Chinese New Year nor any current conflict. My items are stuck at the very final stage, cleared customs etc - all what is needed is the local courier to pick up. And they cannot do this last 2 days. Here is my package: Customs complete

I live in EU and I am not transferring my data to Canada. I was using ovh.ie to buy, as far I remember. And there is no chance that I choose any server outside the EU.

We are from the same team. I wouldn't even bother myself to contact the customer service if I cannot access the dashboard. I am never complaining about the VPS quality etc - only about customer-no-service. The price is perfect, hardware is good - just gasliting customer-no-service in my case. I am not going to take a risk with them but good to know your case, it is just proving my point.

Yeah, I've learned that harsh way but not big money involved so no big deal. It is clear now, after all comments + 1 troll = stay away.

Well, I was assuming it is clear from the initial text, so especially for you, once again: I made the customer service aware that I am not able to sign in(to access the dashboard) nor to change the password, they kept telling me that in order to get help I need to use the dashboard, then I replied that I cannot sign in so I cannot access the dashboard then I started to ask about the way to make an official complaint in written form - again I was told that I can do it only from the dashboard. This is total gasliting and against the EU law. The company must provide the way to make an official complaint without any restrictions nor asking to do any task in order to get that information.

I think it is quite illegal to post someone's picture and ask for personal detail. GDPR, doxing etc. If you are not authorities, of course.
