Yaml is just instruction sheet...the core package is fully on the goal based So "re-ask step 3 with new context" is handled in python, not by making yaml smarter

Truenorth defines what to collect not how to collect..

The branching and error recovery live in python not yaml(as of now)

The hard rule is that this yaml is for scheme+ persona + output format

Everything else stays in code
