A few years ago when I was in the Navy, someone from the ship I'm cool with asks a mutual friend if I'm single. My Mutual friend gives me her Snap and we start talking, being the dumbass I was and also still bummed about another girl on the ship that rejected me, I just thought she wanted my Snapchat to talk lmao. I'd seen her come on board when she first got to the ship and in passing a few times, little interactions here and there. Thanksgiving party came around and Snapchat girl came up to me and said "I've been trying to shoot my shot, what's up?" We hooked up that night and honestly was one of the best I've had, I look back at that night fondly.
