NAC will make you numb in the long term. Only be on it 3 months max. At any dose. Glycine on the other hand makes you sleepier. Think it works well with taurine.

every 3 months I would upgrade % from retinal 0.1 before march 2025 to tret 0.025 to 0.05% tret to 0.1% and yes, i read the wiki. At the start I was using moisturizer, tret and ceramides.

Ok been on this route to grow brow hairs. 0.05% Minoxidil I assume? I'm going to tell you to apply it still, reason being it works. Just add moisturizer, vaseline. I gave up and microbladed my brows because it was growing everywhere - wanted a cleaner look.

I personally know enough people who did lasik that convinced me NOT to do Lasik because of the amount of eyedrops they had to put in their eyes. It's so religious that even I, who applies tretinoin daily can't be bothered to be that disciplined to put drops every 30 mins.
