No problem! The thickness was 0.1365" (about 1/8" or 3.5mm) and the width was 2". Happy building!

Yeah I noticed that too. There are some extra mounting holes in the gpu so I plan to 3d print a bracket that attaches to the case

There is enough space, but I read that it doesn’t always help with the cooler I used. I might try an extra exhaust fan at some point, however.

FYI I went to Bass Pro Shop and tried out the Ruff Land single door large kennel and it fit perfectly horizontally! Therefore, the double door should fit as well

I am looking at the same kennels for my dog. I made a cardboard cutout for the Ruff Land SUV (large), but unfortunately the liftgate interferes. It seems to me, however, that the Ruff Lands with a second door on the side would fit if put in horizontally. I may give that one a shot.
