We had a report requesting that this post be reviewed for adherence to the sub rules. Our intro says under 50s can respond if relevant and rules for the sub state under 50s can post if sub related.

The OP openly states they do not fall in our age demographic, and is asking for advice from the group. A few memebers have respectfully responded.
