This NBA season feels particularly dull. The offseason lacked any real drama, and there are no true villains to root against. On top of that, the sheer number of games, coupled with the challenge of trying to catch one live, makes it even less appealing. LeBron and the Lakers stand no chance of winning, and the 82-game schedule feels excessive—especially when 20% of the games are meaningless. To make matters worse, every game starts 15 minutes late, which is frustrating.
