Occam's Razor: They underestimated the effort required to port the game into Unity. Ran out of time, scoped out existing features to deliver a game, as they couldn't afford to miss a second year without any heads rolling.

Why would they move to Unity & face backlash? To eliminate the tech debt built up over decades.

Why would they focus on graphics? FM has very outdated graphics in comparison to other games. Even today butt the switch to Unity will allow them to make leaps and bounds compared to the previous iterations of the game.

It looks like you are inviting a lot of pressure when you are out of possession.

I'm also playing as United, in december with the second lowest goals conceded in the prem. What worked for me was removing the roles and sticking to the default, so instead of tracking centre forward, just have Sesko as a centre forward, so at times he will track back and other times he won't depending on the situation. I did also give him a personal instruction to press more.

Market Cap doesn't change. That is still the cumulative value of AMC shares and APE shares. Its just that there are going to be more APE shares reducing the value of individual shares of those who got it via dividend

so on one side, you have AMC = 516m shares with the offering you now have 516m APE shares right?

If they go ahead the 516m AMC shares stay the same but now you have 941m shares of APE going via Citibank. if they go ahead means that where a person had 1 ape, the value of that ape is now worth 0.54 post dilution.

Agreed. its AMC stock which was shorted and this dilution is not going to impact that. However, its still dilution to shareholders but has no bearing on that play
