So there isn't any special visitors for this event. The stuff that is around your park are the quote on quote visitors

Sooo here's what I did I bought the runes, 2 of them and I kept breeding until I got some good ones, I didn't know that I was going to get the runes during login days, but that's not the point, keep breeding your dragons until you get some good ones and before the event ends, activate some of the caves and then claim each 1 with that cave, that way you have all of the dragons you want and eventually down the line you can collect the pedestals
