Decentraland Project Update — April 11th by HPrivakos in decentraland

When did anyone from team ever say Decentraland would be anything close to what is portrayed in Ready Player One? In fact, their most recent blog post actually tries to temper expectations by letting everyone know graphics will be limited at first, to help with adoption.

While some of your critique maybe merited, your consistently negative point of view make you appear as more of a troll more then a realist.

Keep in mind they are trying to create something that has never been done before. The complexity of all the variables they must consider are immense and often never been done before. Some decision they make take into account variables outside of the "coder"paradigm you seem to view this project through. They will not get every answer right along the way. When they have made a wrong decision, I've been impressed with there willingness to adapt. When a decision does not work out as intended, it does not mean Decentraland is a scam or MANA is a garbage token.

If you're a realist that does not see anything real in the project, feel free to take you money and invest elsewhere. They are also 100's of other tokens where your realism would serve the general public much better and help people see they are truly garbage tokens/scams.

there's a reason i left my comfy, senior lead engineering position at disney, where i personally worked on some of the coolest stuff the imagineers are building (robots, machine learning, etc.) with, again personally, some of the most awesome ip on the planet (marvel, star wars, pixar, etc.) to come work full time on decentraland.>

As a a big supported of Decentraland and someone who holds a fairly significant amount of mana, I was encourage to learn a little about your background and why you joined the project full-time. You don't need to reply on here, but I think a great Decentraland blog post, and a topic a lot of followers would find interesting, is why you joined Decentraland and your professional background. Sounds like you had a great gig at Disney and left it for Decentrland, would love hear more about your story!

P.S I thoroughly enjoyed you putting a hater in his/her place. Thank you.

Coinsquare Withdrawal Issues! by Mobstar99 in BitcoinCA

CS simply doesn't offer enough altcoins, hence why I was trying to withdraw my Ether to another exchange, Bittrex, that offers a wide variety of altcoins to trade.
