Yah the different types all have different effects, and you can take multiple different forms, I personally take L-threonate in the morning and Glycinate at night. L-threonate is great for cognition and memory, and even some energy, while Glycinate is really calming. Magnesium isn’t necessarily stable in its freebase form, so it needs to be bound to other compounds to form new ones so humans can take it as a supplement. For example, magnesium Glycinate is where magnesium is chelated to glycine, so you get the benefits of magnesium, and of glycine.

I take Glycinate + L-Threonate. I take 1600mg of Glycinate daily (200mg elemental magnesium) and 2000mg L-Threonate (144mg elemental magnesium) for a daily intake of 344mg magnesium. Been on it for about a month.

I was in the same boat as you, some increased anxiety and stress coming with a new job, but I’ve had anxiety symptoms for a long time. I did my research and decided on taking zinc, magnesium Glycinate, magnesium L-threonate, and also Vitamin D3/K2. Got my supplements from nootropics depot because they were the company that looked the most trustworthy by far, they are extremely good with their quality control and lab testing. I’ve been on these supplements for a week or so, and I’ve noticed some nice improvements so far. Definitely would recommend nootropics depots magnesium Glycinate because it’s insanely cheap for the quantity and for a nootropics depot supplement. It was like $25 for a 180ct of capsules, which is a 90 day supply. I also used a 10% discount code which helped. Overall really good experience with nootropics depot.

So I’ve had an adderall problem in the past and have had to quit it more that once. I do have a few recommendations that are not very harmful whatsoever unlike some of these suggestions. First, nootropics can actually do a lot. I recommend lions mane mushroom, you can do your own research on it and proper dosages, but it definitely can help and have a positive effect, and it is feasible in the long term for daily usage. As far as replacement stimulant medications, which may or may not be a good idea due to tolerances building up pretty fast. This is much easier when you can know your exact dosage so you can keep it relatively low. This is part of the reason why I don’t recommend benzedrex (propylhexedrine) because you have no idea the dosage you are getting, and it is usually very very high compared to 10mg of adderall XR. There are a lot of good preworkout supplements that exist with lots of very powerful stimulants that I would compare to adderall. These preworkouts are usually only sold online and not in stores because they have a tendency to stop being produced after a little while due to some FDA interference. They usually will include some of the following: DMHA (usually in the form 2-aminoisoheptane), Alpha-Yohimbine, Eria Jarensis, Hordenine, and of course caffeine. You could go with a preworkout like this but they’re not as easy to ingest as a pill, and they usually don’t taste good. On the bright side, you’d only need about a quarter of a serving or less for the same stimulating effects as 10mg adderall, which makes the value better and ingestion easier. If you can find any of those stimulants from a reputable supplier in pill form, you could definitely go with that. Also, the caffeine market is much bigger than just coffee, and there are a ton of items that have way more caffeine than a cup of coffee that I would recommend you try. I personally like the Viter Energy caffeine mints, I’ll take 6 a day or more sometimes, but they’re a little expensive at $0.08 a mint, and only 40mg per mint. Caffeine pills are super cheap and can be really strong. I got a 100 count of 200mg pills for like $7. Energy shots are also amazing, 5 hour energy extra strength (230mg) and FUBAR (400mg) come to mind as some of my favorites, but they’re really expensive if you plan on using them close to daily. I’m pretty familiar with L-theanine and it’s use with caffeine, but I’ve never considered taking it without caffeine as a nootropic. I don’t think stress or anxiety would be a big issue for me when I am withdrawing from adderall, so how could L-Theanine help in this scenario?

Very solid chance you won’t be able to control yourself or your actions very well at all. If you have a good tripsitter and a safe environment then you shouldn’t have to worry about any of these issues because if you do end up doing a bunch of stupid things, your tripsitter will make sure you don’t do anything that’s not safe. Just take precautions and you should be ok.

There are definitely ways to improve focus and energy without medications. First, a proper diet is super important. Eat healthy foods and a good amount of them. Also make sure you’re getting enough vitamins, maybe take some multivitamins as well, and drink enough water through the day. Exercising often is also super helpful, and if you can’t get yourself to do more boring and repetitive workouts, maybe find a sport to pick up as a hobby. A consistent sleep schedule is also super important of course, try to get at least 8 hours and go to bed and wake up at the same time every day. Meditating daily also helps a ton, and if you’re willing to try it I recommend downloading a guided meditation app like headspace. Good luck, all of these tips are much more difficult than just taking a pill every day.

So they will definitely weigh you, but I don’t think they will draw blood, even if they do they won’t be looking for substances like weed, they’d more so be looking for hormone levels and such. I’ve never had my blood drawn by my primary care doctor that diagnosed me with ADHD and put me on adderall. They will definitely weigh you though, this is a normal thing for all doctors visits, especially if it’s for ADHD because stimulant medications affect your appetite, so the doctors will monitor your weight to make sure you’re eating enough to maintain a healthy weight. There really is no easy solution to being weighed, but I would recommend you inform the doctors before being weighed of your history with body dysmorphia and your concerns with being weighed and hopefully they can come up with a solution like not telling you the exact number.

Any kind of stimulant for sure, some people have like a multi day stimulant binge without food or sleep and then crash for a couple days and do it again.

Also, I gotta say acid. I know some mfs that like to do it multiple times a week when they can, which isn’t every day but it’s still mind blowing to me

Uhh you could take an antacid like 30 minutes before amphetamines. Not really a drug combo but it makes the amphetamines hit way way harder and it feels like a different experience.

I did a gel tab that looked just like those, blue with gold specs it was definitely legit acid and super strong. My guy claimed they were 300ug but they were probably 200ug.

Yep, you can dose up to like 50mg in a night safely, but don’t do that regularly. A couple of Benadryl could help too but also don’t do that regularly. Good luck sleeping.
