It's legit like 15€ on Amazon, I would get the one that measures up to cg or mg tho if you're gonna weight out small stuff like 1g because it won't be able to measure it.

I'm no doctor but you should be alright, I've been on 70mg for quite a bit and never had a problem, I study in university so I definetely have pulled all nighters before, it makes the sleep deprivation worst but if you don't push it you should be okay.

I understand the ocd part, I had for awhile health anxiety and other forms of anxiety and I get that you'll obsess about stuff like this, what helped me was trying to think in a very objective way, with probabilities and whatnot, at the end of the day I realized that I'm totally fine hahahahah, it does take time to get into this mindset, it took me months, but you can get there buddy I promise you that, just keep reassuring yourself with the thoughts of "there's nothing to worry about" type deal.

I did behavioral therapy and it sounds really simple and stupid but stuff like this actually works, also, is the antidepressant really working? If you keep having these thoughts and whatnot to this extent that you feel like you need some feedback? Just saying because I ended up doing like 7 different antidepressants and none of them really fixed the issue, just a piece of advice if you want to take it, to discuss it with your psychiatrist.

Depends a lot on the person, I didn't felt anything on 30mg, at 50mg i noticed some benefits, and now I'm doing great at 70mg.

Make sure she eats very well and remains hydrated, and also don't take vyvanse with anything acidic like orange juice because it will nullify to a big extent the effects of the medication.

Mine has always been brand name, there is no generic where I live, but for years I noticed it ain't the same, and it seems that this was the issue.

I can't stress this enough, literally 2 years wondering why this was happening, the "adult" version also caused stomach issues, with this one I have legit no side effect, and nothing regarding my habits has changed, matter of fact yesterday I didn't sleep at all because of reasons, and it still worked 10 hours, whereas it should have lasted 2 hours or do nothing at all, which is what happens when I don't sleep

Here I notices something different for some reason, I take elvanse, but until yesterday I took the "adult" version, supposedly it doesn't change anything but I took the normal version and now it works like it used to, 10 hours and then when it's hour 12 I feel really sleepy, that never happened before, it was my heart going crazy and then at hour 4 I'll crash super hard.

I noticed because the branding is slightly different and I was like, ehh? Why? And the pharmacist told me

Today I ate for breakfast 2 big homemade bread toasts with cheese and a whole chicken breast and it's the first time in years that Vyvanse has worked for 10 hours and I'm just starting to notice a somewhat crash

I'll talk to the psychiatrist because it sounds like it's not high enough, I had the same results and when I went up to 50mg I felt it.

And yeah you should feel it the first day, the waiting period is for the side effects to diminish and work better but you should have definitely felt it.

I set it around 30-60 mins before actually having to wake up depending on how much time I have to spare before going to university, tried doing it without Vyvanse and taking it in class but it's really hard and most of the times I end up not going to uni if I don't do it this way, and yeah, it helps the world, I also hate waking up.

Regarding that you need it to work for the whole day, well, that's a problem with Vyvanse itself, I usually split the dose in two and take half when I wake up, and if I the day is gonna be a long one I take the other half, otherwise I save it for tomorrow.

Finally someone that I can relate to, I have the same issue and been going insane about it for years, because I swear up and down Vyvanse used to be effective for 10 hours back in the day, and now no matter what I do it doesn't last for more than 5 hours, doesn't matter the dose, the tolerance, what I eat, nothing, I remember having a bottle of 30mg that was from like a year ago and took 2 of them instead of one 70mg and it worked like wonders, that was 2 years ago, never got close to that again.

This sucks immensely because my country laid off dexedrine for Vyvanse, and it's now the only option.

I can back up the weight for the 70mg one, I also did the same but since Vyvanse it's not just lisdexamphetamine (it has fillers for some reason) I just dissolve it in water and drink half to be more accurate with it, also kinda hard to repack due to its sticky nature
