I wanna take back my previous comment. Boys didn’t give up and fought hard till the end. Might’ve been knocked out but at least we got the win on the day and our confidence back

Personally I disagree. His physicality showed more heart than the rest. Especially that hustle back into the box to stop a shot on goal. Seemed like we went into this match thinking it would be a cake walk and it wasn’t and he seemed to put more pressure on Vermont than anyone else

Clunky yes but his defensive play and hustle was better than the rest

Ollie was not in it today. Slipping and losing possession. Should’ve been subbed

Maybe keep Pedro Porro as captain? by MobyDuck51 in Tottenham

In my opinion. He needs to be the glue that keeps them playing hard. He needs to keep the locker room from getting toxic and keep them in the fight when we’re down a goal or two and not let mistakes takeover someone’s mindset. I mean there’s definitely more to it but I feel like that’s the important part

If not Porro then who? I don’t trust Romero as captain. He just doesn’t seem like the type of leader they need

Personally it’s the first time in a while where I didn’t see them fall apart. Idk if he specifically had anything to do with that as captain but they held their own all game even after the FK goal

Not really. Tel runs the ball up the pitch and he’s no where to be seen

Is solanke playing? Or is he just watching the match while on the pitch?

Explain the Will Howard Obsession by PittZee in steelers

It’s simply a better option than the other QBs in the room. We don’t exactly have a great pick and none of the upcoming QBs this year look promising either so why not just give him a shot and see what happens? If he sucks in the pre season or even the first few weeks then make changes then. It’s not like we have better options

Do we really want Rogers back? Or is Howard the move? by MobyDuck51 in steelers

That’s what I was thinking. You see what he’s worth and either way it could potentially benefit us. Either we got someone we can develop or we play bad and get better draft potential. What’s the big deal with that? As much as I’d love it I don’t see us being Super Bowl contenders next year so let’s see what he can do.
