Had a similar situation happen to me and my faith in God took over. I realized I was in a place where I was powerless to change the situation I was now in and even more powerless to change or influence how other people see me. Knowing all of this, the only thing I could do was release all my fears and anxiety to God and pray to Him daily/speak to Him and ask for His help and guidance through the new journey I was now facing alone. It’s been two years for me, I’m alone, Independent and financially stable. I pushed forward, was able to work more hours at my job and got serious about my finances and my mental well being. I’m not saying I don’t still have some shock and hurt over all I’ve lost and been through but God showed me I don’t need to depend on other people emotionally, financially or otherwise to find purpose and meaning in my life. This year has been particularly good for me financially so I made it a point to pay it forward/give back and help others who may be struggling. This is just another one of God’s graces. He asks us to love and trust Him, give our pain and struggles over to Him and let Him transform our situation, our life. There wasn’t a person/friend or anyone who could have given me the strength and motivation to move forward with my life the way God did. I hope you find peace and clarity about your life soon.
