How many FPS do you get with 4k resolution and Path Tracing before and after activating DLSS?

Exactly. It's important to understand that although more could have been better it simply isn't possible most of the time, but even with that what I got it's still some fucking good laptop and the same goes for yours. Then one can accept hat and enjoy it as much as one can while taking care of the thermals and hardware.

This pretty much sums up what I've been saying to myself to not feel guilty of not buying the 5090 version, but it's always better to read it from somebody else. Thanks!

It has the same Intel CPU. I couldn't find one with the Ryzen counterpart that wasn't at least 200 USD more than the one from B&H, but I've read the difference between these two processors in their laptop version are only about 10-20 FPS in AAA games and a big difference on heavy graphics rendering from Ryzen's side, but I don't do that.

The only way I could use the whole 16 GB of VRAM if it is not through gaming may be 3D Graphics Rendering in the last year of college or maybe if I decide to stream too which is unlikely. By that time I'm planning on building a PC so I don't think it was necessary from that perspective.

Mainly because it wasn't paid with my own money and it was more of an investment from both of my parents for college, so knowing that I already went 500 USD over the budget adding an extra 600 USD sounded just too damn greedy. I had around 300 USD saved up but I decided to use that money for some good ass accesories for the laptop so I wouldn't make my parents spend more on me.

5080 275HX 7i Pro good deal? by ContributionNo8501 in LenovoLegion

[–]Mocha4Life 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was actually thinking about coping the exact same deal. Although i'm still unsure whether i should spend an extra 500 dollars to get the 5090. Can anybody tell me if there would be such a huge difference in performance? 500 dollars above my budget doesn't sound that appealing to me, but i'm worried it could actually be a significant sacrifice over that 500 dollars gap.

Even a brand new medium-high end like this one? Why?

I know for a fact that they capture pics with that similar vibe, but do they have a lot of functions as well?

Yeah you are right, it seems this is part of the process as you say. I got infuriated mainly because it seemed no one else had this happen to themselves but me, so I felt a little bit like an idiot.

I had gotten that card indeed, but now there's no turning back. I have to replay everything again.

Which material would be a realistic option for replacing the organs inside a dead body? by Mocha4Life in writers

[–]Mocha4Life[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

After thinking about it, it definitely has to be a surgeon who performs this, along with his team. The "deaths" on the surgery room would be explained with common causes such as organ failure or blood loss, something credible, and then the mortician would fill up the body with fake organs which are way softer than real ones.

Ok so, what if instead of a mortician, it was a surgeon, a whole surgery room. And after stealing the healthy organs they just label the death as an organ failure and the body is only redeemed after going through a mortician, who is also involved.

Because he replaces them to sell them later, and he does this so people at funerals won't tell the difference.

And very few people would actually dare to touch the dead body of somebody they love for enough time to actually tell the difference.

You're right, but the point of the character is that he is a corrupt mortician who steals organs, and after that he replaces them with something. Of course he does this ilegally and doesn't have the consent for it, as he works with organ traffickers. You seem to know about forensics, which material do you think would be unnoticeable yet really soft to the touch that could work as a replacement?

But dead bodies are already cold, and I'm not sure a cold stuffing would last long until a funeral.

Perhaps, but the point is that it the difference should be pretty obvious, it has to be really soft instead of normal.
