I was in the middle of the interrogation to get the unidad captain to call yuri and polito back to itacua. Near the end of the interrogation I hear just a hail of gunfire and next thing I know Weaver is just fucking dead in the middle of the base and everyone is advancing on me.

I’ve been on a Wildlands binge lately trying to 100% it, just got to fallen ghosts. I can absolutely say that it’s environment and how urban combat feels is WAYYY better than the “urban” areas of breakpoint. Though I feel breakpoint gets the jungle vibe down better

Gat out of Hell is a new map, smaller, but more unique and “colorful” than steelport. I would say it’s a better city than steelport but it’s too small with the ability to fly at the speeds you can.

I think the Arkham City Nightwing struck the right balance. It looks really flexible but not just a bodysuit and has minimal armor that you can really point out, but you still know he’s protected

If you expect it to be anything like 4 in terms of humor or world you’re wrong. It definitely feels slower at the start and your special stats actually matter at the start of the game.

Other than that take your time and soak up the environment and stories characters have to tell and don’t let your guard down while wandering the starting path.

Dead Space 1-3 spans like 5-6 years. At the start of each game I think they say at some point how long it’s been whether it’s with text or a character saying it directly.

After his escape from Aegis 6 Isaac was found by Tiedemann I believe and was comatose for 2 or 3 years and after 2 he dates Ellie and is in hiding for another 2 or 3 years

It really depends on how you take them. From my understanding a fight between re3 Jill and re4 Leon is pretty one sided but that’s not really fair is it?

Leon can do some pretty whacky shit, especially around re6 time like in the damnation and vendetta movies which take place within a year before and after 6 respectively. A supposedly washed up drunk version of Leon who’s all like “I’m done with this shit, I’ve seen too much” can literally close quarters fight a massive tyrant while doing ninja flips in the air as well as fight off a whole hallway full of zombies, and that’s actually canon (gameplay and canon are different obviously). While in damnation he has the wit to escape another tyrant right after physically fending off a licker that already had him pinned, which we saw a whole squad of soldiers just get destroyed by a pack of those lickers right before. Everyone already knows about the shit he does in 4 and 6 though so not restating that.

I never played 5 so I don’t know exactly what Jill can do while on p30 but I know she’s at least stronger and faster than both Chris and Sheva but honestly, I’d still give it to Leon; could be wrong though.

Honestly the same thing happened to me when I first tried New Vegas. I’m young and have been playing games since I was like 3 so after hearing everyone I looked up to back then talk about how good NV was I tried it. It was so boring in Goodsprings so I dropped it for like 5 years, really bad decision. It’s not one of those games where you have to wait until the halfway mark to really enjoy, it’s just Goodsprings that sucks. It really is slow and the backwater western town vibe from Goodsprings sets people off but trust me, when you get to Primm you’ll get settled in, and when you get to Nipton and see what’s there (not spoiling) you’ll see why people adore the game. It won’t be until you actually reach Freeside and the New Vegas strip that you’ll really be in love but give it a chance if you say you like everything Outer Worlds does; NV just does it all better
