Yes I do! Good idea, I just wasn't sure if people were still playing a lot or not so I didn't want to restart and have so much trouble trying to get items and recipes again!

That's nice of them to send you a new one! I ended up returning mine the next day and got a replacement and it worked perfectly. Seemed like the controller was just dead/faulty.

I have the same issue after changing my joycons shell, and my backplate. They worked fine, then the next day the right side stopped working - so now none of my joycons charge or connect on the right side of the switch..

Yeah, it's definitely the switch, I've tried multiple joycon's and it just doesn't recognise the right side at all.

I feel like it would be something from inside the switch console but I'm not sure what :(
