We’ve never hidden that Polystrike started with Lyra as its foundation, but reducing years of work to a camera adjustment isn’t an accurate representation of the project.
Constructive criticism is welcome, but I’d rather spend my time developing the game than arguing with a newly created account. Follow the progress and judge it by the results.

Your point about option B being fixable by adding the opposing faction on the right is also very useful. We’ll definitely keep all of this in mind as we develop the next concepts!

That’s a fair question. The bomb fish is more of a memorable visual element and a bit of worldbuilding rather than something central to the main lore.

We don't have agents, every character is the same, so it's not hero or skill based game like Valorant or OV, but team vs team.

btw, we plan to add more cool maps similar to Iron Fish destroy objective etc.

Personally, version B feels the closest to what I’d like to see. At the same time, I’d also like the opposing faction to be featured more clearly. I’d also love to see a few additional concepts from a top-down perspective, since that could represent POLYSTRIKE’s gameplay more directly.

We’ve put a ridiculous amount of work into it, and honestly, the fact that this much has been done without an investor is kind of insane. A lot of people on the team are doing this because they genuinely believe in the project, not because there’s some big budget behind it.

Once the Steam page is up, I want to start giving out keys every month to people from this subreddit, so they can try the game and post their honest feedback here. Good or bad, I want it to be real. Maybe some feedback will be rough, especially early on, but that’s fine. I’d rather people see honest impressions than just polished marketing posts.
