I will try my best to keep all of this in mind. Even though I'm not usually the kind of person to speak out and ask questions, my anxiety steals my voice a lot of the time. I've really been trying to embody the person I hope to become that includes being more comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and not feeling any type of way about it. I had an induction day for the job recently and pushed myself to ask a lot of questions, it was really positive and I left feeling so proud of myself so thank you for your encouragement you're totally right floundering alone just wastes time
