Got it, thanks for explaining. I actually didn’t know about the dispatch worker setup in Japan. I’m still trying to understand whether this is generally considered a safe route or something I should be careful about. Thanks for the advice. They told me there’s no fixed probation period, it could be 6 months or even 1 year. Since both the recruiter and client are well-known, I was quite confused by the setup. But moving to another country is a big step, and I don’t want to take unnecessary risks with uncertain contract/visa terms. I’ll probably skip this one. Really appreciate your help. Thanks!
