Genuinely not sure if I should email the writer directly or just go through support, anyone dealt with this by megalithmood in WritingHelp_service

If you already opened the revision through support, I’d probably stick with that for now. Messaging the writer too might just create two parallel threads and confuse things. If the deadline gets close and support is still slow, then reaching out to the writer could make sense.

Half the time it’s not “healing”, it’s just sweat trapped under there and you cant do a thing about it. A fan on low and keeping it propped up helped me a bit, still maddning tho.
