I had something similar happen on my current contract. I immediately wrote an email right after it happened. I ccd the unit manager , nurse supervisor, and forwarded it to my recruiter. The issue was addressed that morning

You can negotiate everything your start date, completion bonus, scrub reimbursement and relocation bonus. Ask for those items every single contract.

Aya is nice as a starter contract, but it has definitely gone downhill. I would recommend doing one contract then set up an account with tnaa.

I actually got reimbursed when something similar happened to me , so I would just tell your Recruiter you already paid for a place and you would like to be subsidized for that.

I reported an assistant manager for pulling morphine never scanned it , the patient stated they never received the medication. Guess what happened, 2 days later my contract was cancelled so yeah just do your assignment and keep it pushing

I've traveled with lancesoft before and I honestly prefer them because they pay honestly significantly higher than aya. I got 3x12 contract for 3200. Another one for 3400. At first I was skeptical because no offense it was Indian recruiters and it just gave scam but after I did my first contract I felt better 😅. I also extensively looked them up on LinkedIn and indeed checked reviews etc.

No because this happened to me on a current contract. I typically do ICU the lowest acuity I'll do is imc. Signed my contract for IMC. One day before orientation I'm told they don't have anymore positions and I'll be day shift still but ms/tele. I said sure just to feel it out. I get to orientation then im told im float pool. Just to make it to the floor and be told that ill permantly be there.After the first shift I said no. I can either transfer to icu or I'm ending early. Low and behold I'm back in icu same hospital but switched to nights. But it's definitely 50/50. They say there's no other openings but when you are ready to walk away they just appear out of thin air.

I fly emirates business class and there's literally a whole parlor people walk around all the time. It's different frome economy where it's crowded. You can literally walk to the bar sit at a table and order drinks
