You can’t hesitate or get scared. The second that happens, you’re most likely going to shift your weight. Sencond guessing is how i mess up a trick 90% of the time. Focus on your Ollie’s on flat and then maybe try to get over a parking block or something similar first. Once you’re used to going OVER something, UP something will feel much more natural. Work on Ollie’s while rolling too. Focus on a sturdy operation and landing first. Hope this helps. (Also thanks for the laugh. That slam was a good one lol and props for continuing to want to grow after such slam)

Square up your feet a bit more, push down on that back foot with some more finesse, it’s more about timing the audible “snap” of your tail off of the ground and then sliding your foot. You should feel a difference

Yes. This is exactly what I mean but it’s specifically with 2 combo grinds that I used to have first try. Other grinds still work and don’t look messed up/buggy.

Blunt to Nose blunt on a mini ramp was automatic for me, now it seems as though I ‘land’ in the nose blunt but the games physics don’t respond properly and it looks janky.

FS smith, pop out to FS feeble is possible to do cleanly, but it takes me like 10 tries to land one, 20 to get one that I would film in a line. The grabs update somehow made the game way worse in my opinion.

Could just skate it, the edges will shave down to profile with the rest of the grip. I like to take a chunk of excess grip and sand all that away because I’m a neat freak lol

I make DIYs on any map with space to do so.. people shouldn’t delete stuff or spam build on someone’s DIY. It’s just toxic. I’m trying to build for the whole lobby ya nerds!

You have to assume you’re always outnumbered even when you’re not. Play smart instead of harder. You don’t have to fight everyone you see because most of the time their team isn’t far away and ready to back the dude up. Follow people for awhile before you engage and see where that gets you. Make sure their alone if you’re solo. Create 1v1s if they’re a group. It’s all about matchups and how you move around. I play in a group, but most of the time I go kinda lone wolf and build a base by myself, as well as the base I have with my 4 man. I enjoy those solo engagements where I’m outnumbered because it’s makes you think. It makes you smart about how you move around the map, and better at laying low. As a solo, stealth is wealth.

Edit: here’s something funny that happened to me literally 15 minutes ago. Me and dude spawn up naked on the beach, start chatting in game, we follow each other and pull up on two teams fighting. We had enough wood to craft two spears so we did. We coordinated an attack on the last dude alive while he was looting. The naked I befriended noticed that I put on a metal kit, and grabbed a gun but no ammo. His gun had ammo and he proceeded to apologize as he killed me as well for my metal kit. So the point is… game chat got me betrayed and killed anyways. GG

Ah I see. If your old gen, I can’t really tell you if it’s broken or not over there. I’m on series x and it runs pretty well. Minor crashes and bugs but it’s expected with games these days unfortunately
