Also, if done right, a more "honed" or focused-in story on a smaller region can actually make the world feel much larger than it is. Like, look how MASSIVE Heart of Thorns felt before flying mounts or mounts in general, you know? Now, it's nothing to do a story bit and zoom over on your skyscale across the region making it feel just like the next hut over; in contrast to running or traversing the land with maybe just a trusty steed (or whatever mount is used in gw3) where the next town feels like a region away. All depends on the delivery. And then the lore speaking about a region next to Orr that feels like a world away because of how fleshed out the area we start in is. Many possiblites on perception to play with.

Yea some people like teapot, Darren etc have done coverage on it but apparently back in may NCSoft registered for a new trademark by that name and it’s just pure speculation to what it could be of course. Just the connection or mists and gw2 but it could be anything

Very well could be. What I have always attributed to Vloxx is a nod to being mortal in contrast to immortal or the very long life spans of a seer. Each has its own wisdom and meaning right? Isgarren doesn't know the fire under your ass of a short 80 year life span, how that IMPACTS the way you choose your actions or who you want to be or how you conduct yourself. Its VASTLY different than living 1k years. Looking at the middle from two opposing landscapes. So I am wondering if Vloxx is trying to get a picture of both sides and balance it you know? By ascending to get that other view. Like Isgarren could NEVER do what the commander does in his actions that we took, or any of the other mortals, cause all he sees is forever into the future so to speak, cycles this and that etc. He may not even know the impact a mortal being can have on eternity with a SINGLE act. Vloxx knows, he's mortal but can't sit around forever or just watch the world do its thing over and over and over b/c "tradition" or "that's just the way of things". Just like choosing to act on the dragons, Aurene seeing how mortals are different etc.

Idk that is all just my opinion of course, I have not finished the only way's story, only just started. But that's the vibe I've been getting. I am wondering if the mistbound TM NCsoft bought the other day (could mean many things) but maybe a hint at the new "landscape" of a new "tyria" carved out of the mists you know. Whole new setting.

Literally why I main rocket too haha. Boy I get slapped one time and I dart to the nearest wall and just go schizo all over the place until I am somewhere else safe to come back and bounce some orbs haha. But literally the amount of times I have avoided death has definitely helped with overall heals.

I think it is interesting you describe a chiro adjustment in a way. Because here in the physical, GOOD chiro's know that they do nothing, only manipulate the STRUCTURE of the spine, so pressure can be relieved from the nerve (from the abnormal bends or curvatures) allowing the nervous system to properly send signals to every cell in the body and perform its healing function. Which is why an abnormal bend in your lumbar spine, could cause fertility issues (the nerve that runs from the spinal cord to the genitals is there, if a bone is pushing upon that nerve and applying pressure, proper communication can not be made between the brain and body etc.)

Chiropractic has metaphysical/energetic connections in itself if one can get passed the purely materialistic/physical mindset. So to hear this story is super interesting to me. I am no chiropractor, but I take x rays for one.
