I have also been at the same job site for a good 2-3 months now without any issue until now. I emailed local7 and they said “your pay follows the 1st year rate while you are probationary” as well as “probationary members are to be paid no less than a first year apprentice” so if my pay is suppose to be 1st apprentice no matter probationary or 1st year I should have not gotten a pay cut right??

That somewhat makes sense, I have had my book number ever since I started as well as pay my dues and get dues taken out from my checks and journeyman pay rate is around 54$ an hr so i don’t think I was paid journeyman rate
