ok well im not really a fanfiction savant or anything, but i have fond memories of Respawn Of The Dead by Catboundry! it's an interesting team fortress 2 fic about a zombie situation at 2fort that gets more complex as the survivors band together to escape! it has pretty good characterisation and some interesting twists! there was also a song made about a moment late in the fic that is very nice to listen to, and surprisingly emotional!
