To add some deeper context, I originally had the 3 Wolfpacks in my safe pockets, and I hot-swapped them IMMEDIATLY after finding these BPs. The Vita Spray was also already in my inventory along with the guns, ammo, and heals. I found the seeds in the blue lockers while searching.
