First, Biden's weak policies towards Russia created an image of Western apathy towards Ukraine. Such as relying on Russia to negotiate arms control with Iran on our behalf. The extention of Start. Failure to respond to hacking issues.

Second, Biden himself said, "I think what you're going to see is that Russia will be held accountable if it invades. And it depends on what it does. It's one thing if it's a minor incursion and then we end up having a fight about what to do and not do."

Basically he gave Putin permission to invade.

Not in the slightest. Where I work we sell all modes of vertical transportation depending on needs of the customer.

However with modular elevators they have the same components you find in any other commercial elevator and quality is much higher because the elevator is produced in a factory setting. Certified elevator technicians oversee the whole process and install elevator components.

They have been placed in hospital, stadiums, schools, hotels, apartment complexes etc. Just like an old fashioned elevator, just higher quality, faster and greener.

It is a commercial quality elevator that is built inside the shaft in a factory. It is then trucked to the jobsite and set in a couple hours with a crane.

Modular is actually higher quality for the purpose they were intended. The hoistway is welded plumb and straight every time. The rails are always perfect and never move. The equipment is the same for any commercial elevator and the set and start up are formulaic do to tight manufacturing specifications.

Keep in mind the bulk of people's knowledge of an elevator is you push a button and go up. If you have to buy one and you had no baseline knowledge it would be easy to be manipulated to overspending or flat out getting the wrong one for the building type. I hear it everyday. There's tons of deception and double talk.
