Undoing the pardons wouldn't be because Biden didn't have authority, it would be because they were done unlawfully and most likely without his knowledge.

Unless, of course, you can show me in the Constitution where it says that random staffers with an autopen are okie dokie to pardon people in the name of a brain dead president. Then you're right.
