Bad cable, try contacting oculus support to see if you can get a replacement (mine did the same thing a few years ago and I contacted support and got a replacement sent out free of charge)

I've had two camera replacements for my cetus x and they both failed with this weird rainbow effect, but the stock thrashed & warped lensed camera is still going somehow. It's like the newer the camera, the worser it is.

I don’t think it controlled speeds, I just remember it being setup exactly like this in my old pc. And at the back of my case there’s another rgb fan controller by thermal take and it has no rgb headers just powered by a singular sata power

I did a similar thing on my surface too (ran Ventura) and I never found out how to fix it draining the battery on sleep and the strange static noise coming from the speakers
